Social Events for Adults
A monthly event series to reduce loneliness and build social confidence.
Fridays | 6:30–8:30pm | $35 per event
Dates: 5/30, 6/27, 7/25, 8/22, 9/26, 10/24This monthly group is a fun, low-pressure way to meet others, build relationships, and enjoy yourself in an affirming and neurodivergent-friendly space. Each event features a different theme or activity that invites play, laughter, and creativity while honoring your need for rest, boundaries, or breaks.

Adult Neurodivergent Connections
A supportive space to explore identity and creativity for neurodivergent adults
Tuesdays | Two series available:May 6 – June 24 and July 8 – August 26
6:30–8:00pm | $50 per sessionThis group is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults. Together, we explore creative expression and identity in a format that’s structured but flexible. Activities include visual art, improvisation, reflective discussion, and optional movement.
We prioritize autonomy, consent, and comfort—allowing each participant to engage in the ways that work best for them. Whether you’re new to groups or looking for a space that truly fits, this is a community where your differences are welcomed and honored.

Adult Creative Connections
Reconnect with your creativity and sense of play.
Mondays | July 7 – August 25
6:30–8:00pm | $75 per sessionThis group is for adults who want to explore expressive arts and creative storytelling in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re seeking a therapeutic outlet, a playful reset, or a deeper connection with yourself and others, this group offers space to express and explore through movement, improv, art, and reflection.
No acting experience is required—just an open mind. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician trained in drama therapy and expressive arts.

Teen Creative Connections
A summer series for teens to explore identity, creativity, and connection
Tuesdays | June 3 – July 22
4:30–6:00pm | $75 per session
Ages 14–17This group is a creative and therapeutic space for teens to explore who they are, how they relate to others, and how they want to show up in the world. Using the foundations of drama therapy, each session weaves together storytelling, character work, creative writing, art-making, and group reflection.
We focus on cultivating connection, confidence, and emotional insight—all within a supportive group of peers. No performance experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to try new things.

Creative Connections for Kids
A 6-session summer drama therapy group focused on creativity, confidence, and connection
Saturdays | June 14 – August 23 Ages 9–11 | 10:00am–12:00pm Ages 12–14 | 1:00–3:00pm$100 per session | Small groups (3–5 participants)

This interactive summer series is designed to help kids build social confidence and emotional insight through drama therapy and expressive arts. Each session includes movement, art-making, imaginative storytelling, and theater games that support communication skills, creativity, and self-expression.

Meet Deborah (she/her)— our resident artistic presence in the practice and a joyful burst of creativity and compassion! She’s a neurodivergent drama therapist and licensed social worker who makes connecting playful, expressive, and totally unique. No matter your age or comfort level with group settings, Deborah brings the magic of storytelling, movement, and imagination to help you reconnect with who you truly are.
