Hello! I am Baylee (she/her), a neurodivergent therapist licensed in Ohio. I received my Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. While in graduate school I received my Trauma-Informed Practice certificate and was trained in Neurosequential Theory, as well as other trauma healing approaches. I am passionate about working with children, families, and young adults, as well as neurodivergent individuals.

I show up as my most authentic self during session, in the hopes that you can too! My approach is to meet you where you’re at on your journey and to be a collaborative support as you work toward your goals. I am identity-affirming and trauma-informed in my practice. I know that you are the expert of yourself, and I will honor your expertise as I walk with you on your journey of healing. I’m passionate about supporting those who have been through life’s hardships. I believe in an empowerment lens and use that in my approach when working with individuals.

I believe that our bodies and minds are in direct connection to each other. Have you ever felt disconnected from your body? My hope is to support you as you reconnect with your body and mind using somatic and trauma-informed approaches. Everyone deserves the chance to heal and become their best self, and to rediscover their voice. You deserve to remember that you are enough. Whether you’ve experienced childhood trauma, struggled to navigate this world as a neurodivergent person, felt grief and loss, expirienced challenges with new changes in life, or felt abanonded, I am here for you. If you’re struggling with self-injury, body image challenges, or having difficult coping skills, I want to offer a safe and judgement free place of healing for you.
